About US

Gateway to Adventure (Gateway) is a program of Wilderness Inquiry, a Minnesota based non-profit organization that provides outdoor adventure experiences throughout the world for more than 10,000 persons annually. 

Our goal in creating Gateway is to provide adults with developmental disabilities and other cognitive impairments with outdoor adventure opportunities.  We want these adults to come away from the program, feeling more confident, learning life skills, gaining new friends, and having a blast.
