High Staff to Participant Ratios. We maintain high staff to participant ratios to ensure excellent supervision--typically 1 to 7 with extra help of personal care attendents and trip assistants as needed.

Qualified Staff. WI staff are highly skilled outdoor professionals who maintain certifications in first aid and water safety. They are great leaders and role models!

Thorough Assessments. We review each participant's health history as well as their level of physical, cognitive and emotional ability and maturity to ensure that each participant is registered for a trip that will be a good fit.
